Occupational Health - Registered Nurse (Covid Hotline)
Contract Date: 03/05/22 - 05/28/22
Shift: Monday-Sunday 12 hour shift (night shift)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include

• Know the signs and symptoms of COVID-19, and manage worker hotline and daily health screener to answer questions, quarantine, isolate and/or refer possible COVID-19 patients to their physician for further review.
• Support contact tracing, symptom reporting, and monitoring of contacts of COVID-19 staff in collaboration with OSHA
• Answers incoming employee calls on the COVID Hotline and provides guidance based on established protocols around COVID-19 related symptoms.
• Assists in the implementation and monitoring of COVID-19 policies and procedures as they are revised.
• Handle all onsite COVID-19 needs and follow strict procedures and guidelines according to OSHA standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior Ambulatory and/or Clinical Care Services experience.
• Active Pennsylvania RN License
• Maintain composure, even in very difficult situations.
• Customer service skills.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks.
• Knowledge of terminology used in diagnosis and classification of illnesses, injuries, and disabilities.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Critically evaluate and analyze information in written materials.
• Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Solve problems by analyzing information and using logic to address issues and problems.
